William was obtained Ph.D. in Microbiology from the Dental Institute of King's College London, UK. He devoted himself in Probiotic research as a postdoctoral fellow at the Genomics Research Center of Academia Sinica and the Probiotics Research Center of National Yang-Ming University, Taiwan. He is currently the Head of the Probiotic Research Center at the YILI Innovation Center. Mainly engaged in Probiotics and Intestinal Health, Immune regulation and other efficacy development, Probiotic Safety Assessment, Probiotic fermentation application research and product application and other related research. William has published more than 10 SCI papers and patents in the world and participated in the editorial monographs of Beneficial Microorganisms in food and Nutraceuticals. As the person in charge of the Probiotic Research Center, William focuses on the combination of scientific research, product application and international perspectives on Probiotics, enhancing the innovation of the YILI Group's products from the perspective of Probiotics, and is committed to bringing consumers healthy, safe and effective Probiotic products.
