Ass Prof Liu shao Quan

Shao Quan obtained his Ph.D degree from Massey University, New Zealand. He joined NUS in 2008 and previously worked in the New Zealand dairy industry for over 10 years. At NUS, he teaches food fermentation and flavour science. His research interest includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food waste biovalorization, and probiotic fermented foods and beverages.
